HEBI Robotics Selected for U.S. Army Phase 1 SBIR to Develop Robotics Hardware for Hazardous Environments
HEBI Robotics has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant by the U.S. Army to develop smart robotic actuation hardware and building blocks that are safe to use in workspaces where flammable vapors or fluids may be present.

HEBI Robotics Named RBR50 Award Winner for “Inchworm” Family of Robots
HEBI Robotics is honored to be recognized once again as an RBR50 Robotics Innovation Award winner for its pioneering “inchworm” family of robots.

HEBI Robotics Partners with NASA Ames Research Center for Space Act Agreement Supporting Robotic Infrastructure Assembly System Development
HEBI Robotics, a pioneer in robotic platform development, is proud to announce a powerful new collaboration with NASA’s Ames Research Center (ARC) under a Non-Reimbursable Space Act Agreement (NRSAA). This partnership supports the Space Technology Mission Directorate’s (STMD) Autonomous Robotic Assembly of Lunar Surface Infrastructure (ARC-LSI) Study to progress technology for robotic assembly of infrastructure. The work builds off technology developed by the Automated Reconfigurable Mission Adaptive Digital Assembly Systems (ARMADAS) project which developed cutting-edge, self-assembling robotic structures for space exploration.

HEBI Robotics Awarded SBIR Phase I Grant by NASA
HEBI Robotics, creator of a robot development platform that makes it possible to quickly design and create robust robots, has been awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant by NASA to develop smart robotic actuation hardware and building blocks that are compatible with the HEBI Platform for robot development, and suitable for use in missions to space.
